pet sitting is scheduled with an AWPSI pet sitter outside of our
office and knowledge we can not take responsibility for the care
of your home and pets.

Pet Sitter We understand that sometimes you may need to contact your pet sitter
with a last minute change or question; however, we do not give out
our staff's personal phone numbers or email addresses.
Please do not put your pet sitter in an awkward position by asking
for their personal information.
If you need to get a message to your pet sitter, please call our
office at 515.232.9994 and leave the message.
Weekends Our office is closed on the weekends. If we
are currently pet sitting for you, your call will be returned ASAP,
7 days a week between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Our weekend priority is only for active (in-progress) pet sitting
jobs. Swamped Please
do not be discouraged if you have to leave a message or if we return
your call the following day. Pets and traffic are two unpredictable
variables, and our pet sitting schedule can overlap into our callback
times. Submit an Internet form! Internet forms are responded to
faster.
